Applied Faith

by Frank Kirk

I have associated with the Napoleon Foundation since 2003 and this has been best thing I have ever done for my life both physically and spiritually. I began attending the free – community classes that were offered at the Napoleon Hill World Learning Center located at Purdue University Northwest where Judith Williamson and Uriel Martinez taught the seventeen principles of success. I was so intrigued by the information that I decided to return as often as it was offered, so I returned 7 more times. If it was still being offered I would still be going to the class today! Having Judith and Uriel as mentors through the Napoleon Hill Foundation is priceless.

Even though I have been going to church all of my life I knew there was something missing and by learning the philosophy that is found in Think and Grow Rich and The Seventeen Principles of Success, I became aware of that missing piece. This was a great “aha” moment for me and I have never been the same since!

It was the way Napoleon Hill defined the principle of applied faith that I finally got to understand what faith was all about, WOW!

If you don’t learn anything else in the program study Applied Faith and you will never live the same again. Through applying the principle of faith I have been able to help my company go from holding meetings in a storage room located in a basement, to owning a five story building within the time span of five years. I read the inspiring story of Edward C. Barnes over and over again and I was able to understand more fully the law of increasing returns.

I have learned to appreciate the valleys I encountered because it was there that I began to understand who I was. There in the dark valley I found a treasure of gemstones that you cannot find anywhere else. The beautiful thing about treasure is that you can share it with others. I enjoy sharing with others because I know others are searching just like I am. I also learned to be more grateful for everything in every situation. Being positive makes me more aware of my intuition. What a man soweth so shall he also reap.

Taking ACTION is the secret of receiving more instruction from Infinite Intelligence. Whatever you do, do not say “I don’t know how,” but rather ask “How can I?” and then pay attention within yourself to see what instructions you will receive. Listen closely to Infinite Intelligence. And take action.
