Biographical Info
As a Certified Leader with the Napoleon Hill Foundation, Mr. Fate is certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills, and personal growth. Professionally Mr. Fate has mentored and served thousands of military members and their families during his 30 years in the United States Air Force. Since retiring from the military, he has been the program director for a geriatric mental health program, deputy director for health services, South Carolina Department of Corrections, and now the director of support services, City of Sumter.
According to John Maxwell, the two greatest days in a person’s life are the day he or she was born and the day he or she discovers why they were born. He believes there is a ”why” for everyone; that each of us was created with the potential to achieve greatness, to make a difference in the world, to add value to others, and as a result, experience a full and rewarding life. For over 30 years, Mr. Fate’s purpose was to defend our nation, and now that purpose is helping people discover their life’s purpose and grow to their full potential.
Mr. Fate holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology. He is committed to modeling his core values of Integrity first, Service before self and Excellence in all he does. Mr. Fate looks forward to sharing with you the leadership skills he has learned over the last three decades.
